Q: Who is eligible to participate in the Mastermind Study Group?
A: The study group is open to financial services professionals who have completed any of the personal coaching programs with Richard Weylman and his team, i.e., “Getting on Track and Staying on Target”, “Raising the Bar and Pulling Away”, “Becoming a Firm of Distinction” or core marketing curriculum in our on-line university “Accelerating Your Growth In the Affluent Market”, or Richard's earlier video learning system, “How to Target Market to Build Profitable Relationships”. Upon completion of any one of these, you are eligible to participate in Richard’s Quarterly Mastermind Study Group.
Q: How does the Quarterly Mastermind Study Group work?
A: Each quarter Richard conducts a one-hour conference call with you and up to 9 other advisors/teams. Participants are all at your production level as a peer group. These conference calls are brainstorming and tutelage sessions. Richard will encourage, guide and instruct you on marketing and development strategies and tactics. He will listen to your ideas and provide detailed responses--enhancing, expanding and sometimes redirecting them to optimize your results. Richard will solicit your questions in advance of each quarterly conference call.
During the conference call you can also discuss specifics on events you are planning, introductions you'd like to or have received, or issues about understanding and responding appropriately to the affluent and wealthy in business and social settings. In addition, Richard occasionally invites other experts to join the call to reinforce your resolve and enhance your learning experience.
Q: What is my investment in this program?
A: Our goal is to help as many financial services professionals as we can accelerate their performance, grow their business and experience a higher level of satisfaction from their profession. The investment for each quarterly call is as shown below. We require that you enroll for a minimum of four calls.
Quarterly Mastermind Study Group - $350 per call or $1,400 per year
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of enrollment. The balance is due 30 days prior to the 2nd quarterly call. (i.e., 5 months in). Pay by MasterCard, VISA, American Express or personal check (payable to Richard Weylman, Inc.)
Q: Can I sign up for the Quarterly Mastermind Study Group if I am not a graduate of the coaching programs or the on-line core curriculum, “Accelerate Your Growth in the Affluent Marketplace” or “How to Target Market to Build Profitable Relationships”?
A: We would like to accommodate you; however, Quarterly Mastermind Study Group is only for individuals who have already been taught through our technology, methodology and modules. Consider the Mastermind Study Group as post grad work that builds on the successful learning of the previous modules.
Q: Will I have access to other advisors off-line of the call and their experiences?
A: You can utilize the advisor/agent marketing forum in our Center of Excellence to continue to dialogue with other Mastermind members. On these calls, contact information will only be shared if both parties agree via email to our office for off-line communication.
Finally, our goal is to help you learn from Richard’s success in this market. We know that this process will accelerate the rate at which you develop your skills and gain access and communicate more effectively with the affluent and wealthy.
