Working with Richard along with his team of very experienced certified coaches, you and your staff will gain the insight and expertise you need to clarify and solve the issues that limit marketplace acceptance, sales growth and ultimately revenues!
We can assist with many issues such as:
- Identifying your best opportunities for growth
- Clarifying and communicating your real value, your clear unique value promise to the prospects and customers you are targeting.
- Improving your marketing messages and activities so that you are distinct in your market(s).
- Creating full organizational acceptance and commitment to live out your unique value promise I.E. Your brand promise everyday!
- Elevating your recruiting messaging so that it connects you to new hire candidates who will support your customer centric culture.
Be assured that we will walk step-by-step with you and your team through the execution of appropriate and effective solutions with one objective in mind; To solve your specific issues and deliver desired outcomes.
Coaching Plans are usually a minimum of six (6) months to a maximum of twelve (12) months in length and are extremely high touch.
Note: If your issues are related to finding your real value and creating a compelling Unique Value Promise (Brand) we most likely will begin the Coaching process with a one and ½ day cloistered retreat with you and your team. This level sets all participants and enables us to engage with your organization on all the branding, positional and promotional issues that ultimately when solved, will make your competition irrelevant!
Our Coaching Plans are affordable and pricing is commensurate with the term required to solve your issues successfully.
To provide you with further insight, a “typical” plan has the following components:
1. We begin the process with a one ( 1) hour issue discovery call with Richard and one of his certified coaches. The objectives are:
a. To identify the issues you face and outcomes you desire.
b. To assess the length of Coaching term best suited to fully implement our expertise and insight.
c. To determine if we are a good fit for each other. Specifically;
i. We know what we can and can not do. We only accept projects that we are confident we can deliver desired outcomes.
ii. We determine if you’re really willing to solve your issues. We have a clear mantra “Try is dead, will do killed it!”
2. Once the decision is made to work together, we then will send every member of your senior sales and support team a pre-coaching questionnaire to capture their individual insight into your business.
3. Upon receipt of the pre-coaching questionnaires, we schedule a 1-hour strategy call with you, your entire team and Richard with your Certified Marketing Coach. This strategy call will further clarify root causes and identify strategic solutions.
If appropriate, we may assign you educational courses found in our online Marketing and Educational support platform.
You will also be introduced to the effective use of 90-day planning for issue resolution and brilliant execution.
4. After this initial strategy call, Richard Weylman and your personal coach will interface with you on the following schedule:
a. Twice a month for the entire term of your coaching, your certified coach will schedule a 1-hour call with you and your team to discuss tactics for effective execution of the agreed upon collaborative strategies. Richard will personally confer with your coach on the outcome of these calls. A summary of the action steps discussed on each call will be sent to you by your coach.
b. Further, every third call is a strategy call with Richard to advance your process and progress.
c. In addition, Richard and your personal coach will review and give a detailed response to each of your 90-Day Plans. This is in addition to the access you and your staff will have to any appropriate coursework we determine you need and assign accordingly.
