PLAN 2: “Raising the Bar and Pulling Away"
210 Days of Focus and Growth in the Affluent and Wealthy Marketplace

This 210-day coaching model includes:

1. An initial one-hour discovery and strategy call session with Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach.

2. A review by Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach of your 90-day marketing plan for clarity, congruency and ability to achieve objectives prior to execution, along with written recommendations, suggestions, ideas and insights.

3. Execution of and support for your initial 90-day marketing plan via three (3) additional one-hour strategic and tactical call sessions with your Personal Marketing Coach.

4. Near the completion of your initial 90-day plan, a second one-hour assessment of strategy call session with Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach.

5. Development of your second 90-day marketing plan via a one-hour call session with your Personal Marketing Coach.

6. A review by Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach of your second 90-day marketing plan for clarity, congruency and ability to achieve objectives prior to execution, along with written recommendations, suggestions, ideas and insights.

7. Execution and support for your second 90-day marketing plan via two (2) additional one-hour strategic and tactical call sessions with your Personal Marketing Coach.

8. Development of your third 90-day marketing plan via a one-hour call session with your Personal Marketing Coach.

9. A review by Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach of your third 90-day marketing plan for clarity, congruency and ability to achieve objectives prior to execution, along with written recommendations, suggestions, ideas and insights.

10. Forward focus and ongoing accountability via a final one-hour strategy call session with your Personal Marketing Coach.

The time-line of coaching sessions:

Week 1. A one-hour discovery and strategy call with Richard Weylman and one of Richard's certified coaches who is assigned to be your Personal Marketing Coach.

Week 2. Your initial 90-day marketing plan will be reviewed by Richard Weylman with your Personal Marketing Coach, and written feedback will be provided.

Week 6. A second one-hour strategic and tactical support call session with your Personal Marketing Coach to address 90-day marketing plan execution tactics and accountability.

Week 10. A third one-hour strategic and tactical support call session with your Personal Marketing Coach to address 90-day marketing plan execution tactics and accountability.

Week 14. A fourth one-hour strategic and tactical support call session with your Personal Marketing Coach to address 90-day marketing plan execution tactics and accountability.

Week 15. A one-hour call with Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach to identify execution gaps and strategies for your second 90-day marketing plan.

Week 16. Your second 90-day marketing plan will be reviewed by Richard Weylman with your Personal Marketing Coach, and written feedback will be provided.

Week 20. A sixth one-hour strategic and tactical support call session with your Personal Marketing Coach to address 90-day marketing plan execution tactics and accountability.

Week 24. A seventh one-hour support call from Personal Marketing Coach to ensure continued execution and process.

Week 27. An eighth one-hour support call from Personal Marketing Coach to ensure continued execution.

Week 28. A one-hour call with Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach to identify execution gaps and strategies for your third 90-day marketing plan.

Week 32. Your third 90-day marketing plan will be reviewed by Richard Weylman with your Personal Marketing Coach, and written feedback will be provided.

Week 33. A one-hour call with your Personal Marketing Coach to ensure continued execution. You are now eligible to join Richard’s Quarterly Mastermind Study Group at the beginning of the next quarter. You are also eligible to join your Personal Marketing Coach's monthly Market Builder study group.

“Raising the Bar and Pulling Away” Coaching Summary
Development of three (3) comprehensive and sequential 90-day marketing plan call sessions
Eight (8) strategy and tactical support calls with your Personal Marketing Coach
Two (2) one-hour strategy calls with Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach
Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach will personally review your marketing plans and provide written feedback
Eligibility for the Richard Weylman Quarterly Mastermind program.

Plan 2 Tuition-$9,000
50% ($4,500) of the total tuition is due with the signed agreement, and the balance of $4,500 is payable in two (2) equal payments of $2,250 at the conclusion of week 1 call and week 5 call, respectively. The tuition for Plan 2 of $9,000 covers the ten (10) coaching calls and two (2) reviews.

Note:
We would expect any individual or team who is participating in this coaching process to set high expectations for an increase in business. We encourage you to determine your expectations relative to your current income. Most of the time, even a modest 10% increase covers the entire investment for this coaching model.
