PLAN 1: “Getting On Track and Staying On Target”
100-Day Program for Marketing Plan Development and Execution 

This 100-day coaching model includes:

1. A one-hour discovery and one-hour discovery strategy call session with Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach.

2. Development of your 90-day marketing plan.

3. A review by Richard Weylman with your Personal Marketing Coach of your initial 90-day marketing plan for clarity, congruency and ability to achieve objectives prior to execution, along with written recommendations, suggestions, ideas and insights.

4. Execution and support for your 90-day marketing plan via three (3) additional strategic and tactical, execution and accountability call sessions with your Personal Marketing Coach. This provides you with four (4) calls in 100 days, including two with Richard, to get you on track and on target.

5. A review by Richard Weylman with your Personal Marketing Coach of your second 90-day marketing plan for clarity, congruency and ability to achieve objectives prior to execution, along with written recommendations, suggestions, ideas and insights.

The time-line of coaching sessions:

Week 1. A one-hour discovery and strategy call with Richard Weylman and one of Richard's certified coaches who is assigned to be your Personal Marketing Coach.

Week 2. Your 90-day marketing plan will be reviewed by Richard Weylman with your Personal Marketing Coach, and written feedback will be provided.

Week 6. A one-hour call session with your Personal Marketing Coach to finalize the development of your 90-day marketing plan.

Week 10. A second one-hour strategic and tactical support call session with Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach to address 90-day marketing plan execution tactics and accountability.

Week 14. A third one-hour strategic and tactical support call session with your Personal Marketing Coach to address 90-day marketing plan execution tactics and accountability.

Week 16. You are now eligible to join Richard’s quarterly Mastermind group at the beginning of the next quarter. You are also eligible to join your Personal Marketing Coach's monthly Market Builder study group.

100-Day “Getting On Track and Staying On Target” Course Description and Coaching Summary

A one-hour strategy call with Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach. Development of two sequential comprehensive 90-day marketing plans. Each 90-day marketing plan reviewed by Richard Weylman and your Personal Marketing Coach. Four (4) one-hour tactical execution calls with your personal coach. Eligibility for immediate upgrade to 210-day coaching plan, with full credit if you decide by end of week 10 call. Eligible for Richard's quarterly marketing Mastermind program.

Plan 1 Tuition-$4,500
50% of total tuition, $2,250, is due with the signed agreement, and the balance of $2,250 is payable at the conclusion of the week 1 call with Richard and your Personal Marketing Coach. The tuition for Plan 1 of $4,500 covers the four coaching calls and both reviews.

Note:
We would expect any individual or team who is participating in this coaching process to set high expectations for a business increase. However, even a modest 10% increase for most will cover the entire investment for this coaching model. So, determine your expectations and compute it against your current income.
